Ballantine of confit duck and cured foie gras, plum chutney and toasted breads

Tartare of organic salmon, gravadlax, smoked salmon toast and lime gel

Wild mushroom consommé and tortellini, sautéed wild mushrooms, truffle foam

Crispy pork belly, crab, cauliflower puree and deep fried sage

Roast rib of beef traditionally served with Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables

Stone bass, crushed potato, creamed leeks and smoked River Test trout

We have beautiful, colour co-ordinated, stylish and contemporary decorations (no tinsel!) with a Xmas tree in the hall, another tree in the bar/restaurant, one in the lounge and another in the Rutherford Bench, beautifully artificial but with a twist. Some of them are just made of copper discs and the other one is made of brown and copper fir-like branches. We think the whole place looks stunning.
