Gavin has been with us for almost 3 years and fully in charge of Hotel TerraVina’s kitchen for more than two years.  He has developed his own style, based on cooking local produce in an innovative manner but that doesn’t mask the original flavours.

Aside from being a talented Chef, Gavin is also a great team leader and over the years he has helped develop many young people into talented chefs.

This evening Gavin will cook a menu based on some of the dishes that he made when performing in his recent foray on the Professional Master Chef TV show, where he reached an impressive place in the top 10 chefs of the show.

During dinner, Gavin will comment and explain the dishes and talk about his TV experience.  Alwine, our Head Sommelier will comment the wines she has selected to go alongside Gavin’s dishes.

Special Sunday Night and Monday Night Rates for Wine dinner Guests
There is a special offer for those attending the wine dinner of only £135 per bedroom (including Full English breakfast) for that Sunday evening. (please note price increase is effective from February 2016)
If you would like to extend your stay for an extra night and stay on Monday too the rate is £205.00 dinner, bed and breakfast.
