Hampshire Country Fair
May 2nd - 3rd 2010

In the grounds of Broadlands estate near Romsey and Hotel TerraVina, this wonderful country show features all the events and fun of a traditional country fair.

Activities and entertainment at the Hampshire County Fair include:

Dogzone - demonstrations and have-a-go events

Equestrian Demonstrations
Field Sports
Craft Village
Cookery demonstrations
Angling

Through the Broadlands estate flows the River Test, the finest trout stream in Europe, so it’s most appropriate that the fair features angling for all ages.

There’s also the Falconry Village comprising a flying area, an indoor training area, trade stands, falconers as well as the birds themselves. For dog lovers there are events and demonstrations. There are equestrian events in addition to the world championships, including scurry driving and heavy horse logging. There are also target field sports including clay shooting and archery.

Then there’s the food. Food Glorious Food features the best local and regional produce in a regional food marquee with cookery demonstrations.
