Founded in 1812, Laurent-Perrier is recognised as one of the finest Champagne houses.  Under the guidance of Bernard de Nonancourt, who took over the reins of the company in 1949, Laurent-Perrier went from being a relatively small house to one of the most successful champagne companies praised for both the quality and the innovative angles of its Champagnes.  In 1959, Cuvée Grand Siècle was unveiled as the first Champagne Prestige Cuvée made of three vintages instead of the more usual one harvest for prestige cuvées.  In 1968, the hugely popular Rosé Non Vintage was introduced using the ‘saignée’ method rather the more traditional way of blending white and red wine to produce a rosé champagne and in 1981 the Ultra Brut Non Vintage (a champagne with no sugar for dosage added) was launched.  

Laurent-Perrier produces an extremely varied range capable to suit all sort of occasions.

Tonight, Master of Wine, David Hesketh, Managing Director of Laurent-Perrier UK, both a champagne expert and a champagne lover will share with us his passion about the delicious Laurent-Perrier Champagnes served during dinner.

Special Sunday Night and Monday Night Rates
If you’d like to make the most of this enjoyable evening, there’s a special rate for those attending of only £110 per bedroom (including full English breakfast) for the Sunday night.
You might also be tempted to stay Monday night as well, in which case, we’ll make the temptation overwhelming with an offer of only £195.00 (including dinner, bed and full English breakfast) for the Monday evening.
The Sunday and Monday night rates are only available to those who attend the Laurent Perrier Champagne Dinner and include VAT but do not include drinks and incidentals.
