Dinah is a personal health advisor specialising in organic treatments and natural therapies. The event includes a personal health analysis.


£25.00 per person
including presentation by Dinah Smith, a glass of wine selected by Gerard and the wine team, plus tea or coffee and homemade petits fours.
Arrive 12.00 midday for 12.15pm.

Dinah Smith is a former nurse and, having resolved her own deep
rooted health issues using a natural approach, Dinah now devotes her
time to educating people about how positive health can be achieved –
if the body is given the right tools.

Dinah will talk about the foods that can have a positive effect on our
health and those that have a negative effect, so enabling you to
make informed choices about the foods that you eat. Also everyone
will get the chance to complete a personal health analysis, which will
enable Dinah to guide you to the right path for better health.
