Hugh Burnard CBE is the Former head of Customs and Excise for Southern England and an authority on the history of smuggling across the South and in the New Forest.

Hugh is back by popular demand to talk about and the complex methods needed to combat modern day smuggling gangs and organisations.

A rare insight into the world of customs and excise and  the battle to protect our coastline.
