"The Dining Experience at TerraVina" our fun, quirky, finer dining tasting menu will be available on certain days of the week from February 2014.
The "experience" offers a nine or twelve course tasting menu comprising of dishes using foraged and fresh produce exclusively from Hampshire and Dorset, which can be paired with wines specially selected by Gerard and the wine team. Available for dinner only on limited days of the week, from 7pm to 9pm and served in a designated area of the hotel's main restaurant. The "experience" is priced at £72 (nine course) or £85 (twelve course) per head (excluding wines).

Nina says…. “George is a super chap, born and bred in Dorset. He joins us having previously been the sous chef at the 2 Michelin starred, highly acclaimed, Champignon Sauvage Restaurant. We feel very fortunate to have him with us. He brings a passion and enthusiasm for food which is infectious and we love all of the forest foraged treats he is tempting us with.
We are very proud to announce that he has won an Editors Award from the Good Food Guide as Chef to Watch for 2014.

For Saturday evening we have bed and breakfast rates from £160.00-£265.00 per room, (dependent on room chosen) and for Sunday and Monday evenings at a special rate of £305.00, which includes the complete tasting menu, (12 course- food only), bed and full English breakfast (for two people sharing).
