Tonight we are delighted to have with us Johann Stephen Henschke, born in 1983, the eldest of Stephen and Prue’s three children, Johann graduated from his winemaking course at the University of Adelaide in 2005. Johann started his wine career by travelling the wine world and gaining experience through working in different famous wine regions (Margaret River – Australia, Central Otago – New Zealand, Tuscany – Italy, Napa Valley – USA). Now back at the family winery, Johann, with his sister Justine and his brother Andreas, is supporting his parents and ensuring that the new generation is carrying on the great family tradition of producing exceptional wines. Tonight, Johann will comment wines from his family winery and will tell us about the long wine heritage of the Henschke winery. A range of the Henschke wines will be served during dinner as well as a tasting glass of the famed and highly in demand ‘Hill of Grace’, a wine acknowledged by many wine experts, as alongside Penfold’s Grange, to be a 1^st Growth of Australia; it is indeed ranking ‘Exceptional’ in the official ‘Langton’ Classification.

Special Sunday Night and Monday Night Rates
There is a special offer for those attending the wine dinner of only £125 per bedroom (including Full English breakfast) for that Sunday evening.
If you would like to extend your stay for an extra night and stay on Monday toothe rate is £205.00 dinner, bed and breakfast.

The Sunday and Monday night rates are only available If you would like to extend your stay for an extra night and stay on Monday too and include VAT but do not include drinks and incidentals.
