Hotel TerraVina is recruiting for the following positions:
Commis Sommelier
Hotel TerraVina is looking for a trainee Sommelier/Barman.
The person selected will have the unique opportunity to work alongside (and learn from) Laura Rhys (Head Sommelier and UK Sommelier of the Year 2009) and Laurent Richet (Sommelier and Head Barman/Cocktail specialist), as well as the owner Gerard Basset (Master of Wine, Master Sommelier and Best Sommelier in the World).
Some wine courses will also be paid by the Hotel.
We are looking for a serious, enthusiastic, friendly and people focused person who wants to develop a skill in wine and beverage.

Junior Sous Chef
We are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef who has good skills in all sections, and who is enthusiastic and hard working.
At TerraVina, we make all our own breads, ice creams, sorbets, desserts, etc., and so an experienced background is required.
Junior Sous Chef involves a five day week, with split shifts including weekends, and is a 'live out' position.

Pastry Chef - Full Time Permanent Position
Accommodation is available if required.
We require an experienced Pastry Chef to help develop our menu further. Working in your own kitchen you will be responsible for the desserts, bakery and pastry sections of our kitchen.
You must be experienced to at least 2 rosette level and be able to demonstrate excellent pastry skills.
